Ethan and I just had to have a walk yesterday, in spite of the rain and cold. We had a muddy adventure seeking the geocache A Slice of Christmas Pie, from which we recovered the travel bug Roaming RD. We'll take him to America at the weekend.

Ethan was strangely pleased when he won a candle at the Pewley Down Christmas Fair this Sunday.

We had Ethan's birthday party today at the Alpine Ski Centre in Aldershot. They have a big dry ski slope, and the kids get to go down riding souped-up inner tubes. Ethan had 10 of his friends there. The rain went away, and we all had a great time.
