We had a beautiful, sunny morning for observing the transit of Venus. Three generations of Wards and Green-Wards gathered around the old spotting scope to view the silhouette.
 

Barb had always wanted to visit Charleston Farmhouse, the East Sussex hideaway of the Bloomsbury Group. With our new car, we were all able to drive down on a delightful sunny day during Barb & Dick's visit.
 

Our traditional spring half-term trip to Europe this year was with Barb & Dick to Barcelona.
