There was an open day at the local agricultural college today, and the weather was the best so far, so we spent the afternoon on fairground attractions.

Today Ethan and I went on a bike ride along the Thames tow path after cheder. The weather was sunny, but breezy and cool. We stopped for ice cream anyway.

Ethan and Matt in the mud at Farlington Marsh down on the south coast. We drove down this afternoon to enjoy the sun. We were treated to a some good wildlife watching, including a resting fox and a posing Cuckoo.

This afternoon we met the Harwoods and visited the Hatchlands National Trust site. We took the "Long Walk," through the bluebell woods and around the fields. It was a warm afternoon, and a cuckoo provided the perfect soundtrack.
